Terms of Service.
1. Agreeing to these terms
By joining the Weave waitlist or using the Weave product, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree with them, please don't use Weave. We may update these terms as the product evolves, and we'll post the latest version here.
2. What Weave is — and where it stands today
Weave is a voice-and-text journal that helps you notice emotional patterns in your own writing over time. The product is in active development. This site currently offers an early-access waitlist; functionality, pricing, and availability may change before and after launch, and we'll do our best to keep you informed along the way.
3. Who can use Weave
You must be at least 16 years old to join the waitlist or use Weave. By signing up, you confirm that the information you give us — like your email address — is accurate and belongs to you.
4. Your journal, your content
Anything you write or speak into Weave belongs to you — we don't claim ownership over it. You're solely responsible for what you choose to record. We process your entries only to provide the product back to you (for example, surfacing patterns and reflections), as described in our Privacy Policy.
5. Reflections aren't professional advice
Weave's AI-generated reflections and patterns are meant to help you understand your own writing — they are not medical, psychological, or professional advice, and Weave is not a substitute for care from a qualified professional. If you're in crisis or need support, please reach out to a licensed professional or local emergency services.
6. Using Weave responsibly
Please don't use Weave to do anything unlawful, to harm others, to attempt to access other people's accounts or data, or to interfere with how the product works for anyone else.
7. Changes, pauses, and ending the relationship
Because Weave is early-stage, features and availability may change as we build. You can stop using Weave, or ask us to delete your data, at any time. We may also suspend or end access for accounts that misuse the product or violate these terms.
8. No warranties, limited liability
Weave is provided “as is” while we build and improve it, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Weave and its team aren't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the product.
9. Questions
If anything here is unclear, or you'd like to talk through it, write to us at hello@tryweave.app.
